This residence was approached as a series of carefully curated interventions, elevating the home while preserving its existing architectural character. Rather than a complete renovation, the project focused on selectively transforming key spaces through bespoke design, custom craftsmanship, and thoughtful styling. The result is a home that feels more cohesive, layered, and refined—where every addition contributes to a stronger overall identity.

Client Goals:

To create a refined contemporary residence that balances architectural minimalism with everyday comfort. The vision was to deliver a highly functional home with bespoke detailing, elevated craftsmanship, and an enduring design language that would remain elegant for years to come.

Key Highlights:

  • Complete redesign of the primary suite — custom millwork, bespoke furnishings, premium finishes, lighting, and a fully curated material palette.

  • Selective enhancements to secondary bedrooms with custom millwork where appropriate, updated finishes, and curated furnishings.

  • Custom interior garden beneath the main staircase as a natural focal point.

  • Updated wallcoverings introducing texture, depth, and renewed visual identity.

  • Decorative lighting added to the dining room for a more intimate, contemporary atmosphere.

  • Tailored furniture, artwork, and accessories unifying the residence into one cohesive design language.

  • Bespoke details and material selections integrated throughout, each intervention feeling intentional and architecturally connected.

  • A balanced approach combining architectural refinement with warmth — elegant, timeless, distinctly personal.
