The Cocoplum Clubhouse Tennis Club renovation is a luxury-driven interior and exterior design project that blends heritage and modernity. The design respects the site’s architectural legacy and environmental context while creating a space that prioritizes comfort, wellness, and sophistication.

Client Goals:

The vision was to preserve Cocoplum’s legacy and prestige while bringing its facilities into a new era. The design balances traditional architecture with contemporary functionality, enhancing the experience for residents and members through elegant finishes and curated amenities.

  • Restroom upgrades with quartzite vanities, commercial-grade fixtures, and decorative lighting.

  • Custom Outdoor seating solutions

  • Integration of moodboards, façade treatments, and unique travertine to elevate aesthetics.

  • Sustainability-conscious selections including bottle-filling stations and durable outdoor furniture.
