Bentley Bay Residence is a complete transformation of an existing waterfront apartment, reimagined through a contemporary architectural lens. Casa Medina directed every aspect of the project—from demolition and construction to interior design and custom fabrication—crafting a home where simplicity becomes a statement. Defined by clean geometry, seamless detailing, and a restrained material palette, the residence embraces a quiet sophistication that feels both timeless and effortlessly modern.
